电视胸腔镜单操作孔方法行肺大疱切除术治疗气胸临床分析
Clinical Analysis of Video Assisted Thoracoscopic Single Operation for Treatment of Pneumothorax for Pulmonary

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of video-assisted thoracoscopic operation of single hole method for pulmonary bulla resection in the treatment of pneumothorax .Methods:During the period of November 2011 to November 2014, we selected 90 cases of pneumothorax cases from our hospital sampling as the research object, using the traditional thoracoscopic three hole method to treat 45 cases, another 45 ca-ses of single hole treated by video-assisted thoracoscopic , comparatively analysed the clinical effect .Result:In the bleeding volume , operation time , postoperative extubation time , postoperative hospitalization time , to-tal medical cost and postoperative wound pain , numbness , complications , single hole group was better than the three holes group , the differences were statistically significant ( P<0.05);but in the postoperative extu-bation time and operation time of air leakage after operation , recurrence rate , the difference between the two groups showed no statistical significance (P>0.05).Conclusion: VATS single hole method for resection of lung bullae treatment of pneumothorax , the exact clinical effects on patients with trauma , low, safe and relia-ble, worthy of clinical application .关键词
