低电压MSCT肺血管造影在肺动脉栓塞复查的应用价值
Application of LowVoltage MSCT Pulmonary Angiography in the Reexamination of Pulmonary Embolism

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of low voltage computed tomography pulmonary an-giography in the reexamination of pulmonary embolism .Method:100 patients with pulmonary embolism were examinated after treatment .A 256-slice CTPA was performed at 80kV CT tube voltage , with CT threshold Smart Prep.Contrast agent was injected through the medial cubital vein .Images were evaluated by 2radiolo-gists independently .Result:The images in low voltage group were evaluated to have more obvious noise and coarse particles in objective and subjective ways , but all image reached diagnostic accuracy in the detection of PE.Conclusion: The method of reexamination patients of pulmonary embolism after treatment with 256-slice CT 80kV can reach the requirements of the clinical diagnosis and can reduce the radiation dose expo -sure to patients .关键词
