摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the expression of CD 133 and its clinical significance in colonic cancer .Method:The expression of CD 133 was detected by immunohistochemistry in 60 colonic cancer speci-mens and the tumor-adjacent tissues .Result:Expressions of CD 133 was stronger in tumors than in tumor-adjacent tissues (P=0.000).Over-expression of CD133 was correlated with the degree of histological differ-entiation of tumor, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis (P=0.008, 0.014).Conclusion:CD133 is over-expressed in colonic cancer , and CD133 is related to some clinicopathological characteristics .It is sug-gested that CD133 can serve as a reliable candidate marker of tumors immunological diagnosis .关键词
