腹腔镜手术治疗早期子宫内膜癌的近期临床效果及对性功能的影响
Short-term Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Operation on Early Cancer of Endometrium and the Influence on Sexual Function

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the short-term clinical effect of laparoscopic operation on early cancer of endometrium and the influence on sexual function of the patients.Method: A total of 60 eligible patients treated between July 2012 and July 2014 were selected, and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group.The observation group used laparoscopic operation, while the control group used traditional operation, and the short-term effects and changes in sexual function were compared between the two groups.Result:The observation group had similar operative time and number of lymph nodes cleared in the operation to the control group, and the differences were statistically insignificant ( P>0.05);the observation group had better intraoperative blood loss, postoperative time to passage of gas by anus, postoperative drainage volume of abdominopelvic cavity, postoperative time to out-of-bed activity,and postoperative length of stay than the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( all P<0.05) .The incidence of complications of the observation group was 6.67%, lower than that of the control group (26.67%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Before the operations, the pa-tients of the two groups had similar Brief Index of Sexual Function for Women ( BISF-W) scores, and the difference were statistically insignificant ( P>0.05);6 months after the operation, the observation group had similar scores to those before the operation, and the differences were statistically insignificant ( all P>0.05);but the control group had lower scores than those before the operation, and the differences were statistically significant ( all P<0.05) .Conclusion: Laparoscopic operation in treatment of early cancer of endometrium has good short-term effects, small wound, and rapid recovery, can effectively protect the sexual function of the patients, and consequently is worthy of clinical application.关键词
