硫酸钙晶须短玻纤协同增强尼龙6复合材料的力学性能
The Mechanical Properties of Nylon 6 Composites Reinforced by Calcium Sulphate Whisker and Short Glass Fiber
摘要
Abstract
A kind of composite was prepared utilizing calcium sulphate whisker&shore glass fiber as reinforced materials and nylon-6 as polymer matrix. Influences of additive amount of calcium sulphate whiskers on mechanical properties of composites were studied. The results indicate that calcium sulphate whisker and short glass fiber have synergistic reinforcing effect on nylon-6. The tensile strength,bending strength and bending modulus increase by 8.7%,7.5% and 8% respectively. The reinforcing effect of calcium sulphate whisker with surface treatment is bet-ter than that of calcium sulphate whisker with surface un-treatment. The mechanical properties of composite made by side feed process are much better than that of made by main feed process.关键词
