摘要

Abstract

The phosphite antioxidant Irgafos P-EPQ was synthesized using 2,4-di-tert-butylphenol and self-made 4, 4′-biphenyl-bis-dichlorophosphine solvent as main raw materials in the presence of triethylamine. The experiment showed that the yield of Irgafos P-EPQ could reach 86% and the purity was 99. 7% when n(triethylamine):n(4,4′-biphenyl-bis-dichlorophosphine)was 5:1 under certain reaction conditions. As a secondary antioxidant,Irgafos P-EPQ could be widely applied to various engineering plastics such as ABS,PC and PA due to its decomposition temperature was up to 350℃.
