Abstract
A new type corrosion-resistant transfer tape was prepared by adopting copolymerization chlorohydrin rubber/NBR as coverage rubber material and 11 dipped cotton yarn as strip. The experiment showed that the opti-mal coverage rubber formula was the blend rubber of binary copolymerization chlorohydrin rubber/NBR ( 50/50 ) 100,carbon black N330 10,vulcanizing agent NA-225,antioxidant RD 1,accelerator DM 0. 25,lead tetroxide RD 6,and stearic acid 1;and the optimal curing condition was that pressure 20KMp, time 40min, and temperature 150℃. The samples were tested by corrosive acid and organic solvents. The mechanical property of the prepared conveyor was characterized by using universal material testing machine.关键词
