摘要
Abstract
N, N-dimethyl-4-aminobutanal dimethylacetal is an important intermediate for the synthesis of sumatriptan for migraine drug. In this paper choosed γ-GBL as raw material,through chlorination,Pa/BaSO4 cata-lytic hydrogenation reduction,followed by amine solution synthesis of the target product,the yield was 50%.关键词
