ZnO纳米颗粒的溶剂热法合成及其DSSCs光电性能∗
The Synthesis of ZnO nano-particle by Solvothermal Method and the Photoelectricity Properties
摘要
Abstract
In this paper,the precursors of ZnO nano-particle were synthesized by solvothermal method from zinc acetate in amyl alcohol. Then ZnO nano-particle were obtained by the dehydration of the precursors at 350℃ for 2 h. The influences of solvent on the component and morphology were investigated in detail. X-ray diffraction (XRD)was employed to characterize the phase and structure of the samples,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) were used for observation of the morphology and size of the samples. And the ZnO nano-particle was used for pho-toanode applied in DSSCs. An electrochemical analyzer was employed to measure the photoelectric properties of the samples which under AM 1. 5 simulated sunlight(100mW/cm2). DSSCs based on ZnO nano-particle exhibited an Voc(open circuit potential)of 554mV,Jsc(short circuit current density)of 2. 309mA/cm2,FF(fill factor)of 54. 3%and η( light conversion efficiency) of 0. 924%.关键词
