电化学法制备聚苯胺/氧化石墨烯复合膜及电容性能研究∗
Study on the Preparation and the Capacitance of the Polyaniline/Graphene Oxide Composite Films by Electropolymerization
摘要
Abstract
The polyaniline( PANI)/graphene oxide( GO) composite films were prepared on ITO glass by electro-polymerization method. The PANI/GO films showed particle-like morphology on the surface of ITO detected by SEM. The strong interactions between GO and PANI were proved by UV-vis analysis. The PANI/GO composite films showed the good charge-storage behaviors by the charge-discharge test,with the highest specific capacitance of 265F/g,showing the higher cycleability.关键词
