反应时间对钽掺杂球形氧化钨性能的影响∗
Effects of Reaction Time on the Optical Absorption Properties and Morphology of Global Tungsten Oxide Doped with Transition Metal Tantalum
摘要
Abstract
Global tungsten oxide doped with tantalum were synthesized by a facile hydrothermal method using TaCl5 and Na2 WO4 as raw materials at 170℃ for 6h ~48h. The samples of the products were characterized by XRD,SEM and IR. The results showed that the global tungsten oxide powders with the pure triclinic phase in the grain size range from 200 to 350 nm can be synthesized at 6 h~48 h at 170℃. The optical absorption preoperties of the samples were characterized by UV-VIS. As the reaction time increasing,the optical absorption of synthesized global tungsten oxide doped with addition of tantalum increased gradually,and the average band gap was 3. 72eV.关键词
