提高轴系扭振信号时频转换精度的方法
Accuracy improvement of time-frequency domain transformation in torsional vibration measurement

Abstract
In order to measure and process torsional vibration signals with high precision, aiming at the sources of error in time-frequency domain transformation ( TFDT) of torsional vibration signals with pulse counting method, two methods for improving the accuracy of TFDT were proposed, including resample with constant interval and mod-ifying formulation of torsional angle. The methods were applied to TFDT of complete cycle and non-complete cycle standard torsional vibration signals, and it is found that the methods developed in this study are effective. The tor-sional angles with constant interval sampling can be obtained directly by the modified formulation to avoid resam-pling, which not only can guarantee the accuracy, but also have no negative effect on computing speed of TFDT. In addition, it is found that the effect of flat-top window on reducing the leakage errors due to blocking of torsional vi-bration signal is the best and the accuracy of TFDT could be improved by increasing the teeth number or using en-coder with higher precision.关键词
