仿生齿轮抗接触疲劳性能的试验研究
Experimental study on contact fatigue resistance of bionic gears

Abstract
In order to improve the contact fatigue resistance of gears, based on the biological coupling wear⁃resisting principle, nine kinds of stripy bionic surface morphologies and soft and hard alternated structure were designed by imitating the surface of intertidal shellfish. Bionic cylindrical rollers were fabricated using micro⁃area processing technology by laser texturing machine. The transmission of two gears was simulated by rolling of two rollers. The op⁃timum technological parameters and morphological data were obtained by orthogonal experiment and its optimization method, and then the bionic gears with good environmental adaptability and practicability were fabricated. The reg⁃ular gears and bionic gears are tested on the gear tester, respectively. The results indicated that the bionic gear shows better contact fatigue resistance than the regular gears by 20%. The comprehensive improvement of surface lubrication conditions, effective collection of chips, increase of heat dissipation area, and crack propagation block is the main reason for enhancement of the performance of bionic gear contact fatigue resistance.关键词
