水下气动发射装置发射性能参数灵敏度分析
Sensitivity analysis of the performance parameters of an underwater pneumatic launcher

Abstract
In order to study the interior-ballistic performance of an underwater pneumatic launcher, the influence laws and sensitivities of the main parameters were analyzed. Based on the theories of thermodynamics and rigid-body dynamics, the mathematical model for each component of the system was developed and the whole model was then established by synthesizing them. The moving duration time of the weapon inside the launch tube, and the remai-ning pressure of the air-bottle after launch were calculated. These calculated results agreed well with the water tank experimental results, which validates the effectiveness of the model. Four main parameters, which influence the maximum chamber pressure and the exit velocity of the weapon, were analyzed to estimate their effects on the interi-or ballistics. The results showed that the critical moving resistant force is the most sensitive influence parameter of the maximum chamber pressure. The initial air-bottle pressure and the maximum open area of the launch valve are the most sensitive influence parameters of the exit velocity.关键词
