摘要
Abstract
In recent years,medical accidents occur frequently,and with the augmentation of the people law idea and the increase of supervision by public opinion strength,for medical accident should bear the civil liability of the problem is increasingly cause the at-tention of legislators,law enforcement and judicial and social widespread attention and discussion.This paper intends to proceed with an analysis from the concept of medical malpractice,combined with relevant provisions of Chinese current regulations on medical units engaged in acts aimed liability damage due to the fault should bear the responsibility to express the nature of such issues as a humble opinion.关键词
