Abstract
The paper mainly through the elaboration of the hospital medical dispute party the burden of proof allocation system and the conflict of different laws and regulations applicable to dig the cognition of legal theory for the burden of proof in China,as well as some concrete application in medical disputes.Burden of proof of the hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in the medical disputes is the key to medical disputes in the process of trial in China,it is also an important reference to Chinese medical system reform in the future and the direction,only deal with the medical disputes with patients for the hospital of the burden of proof allocation problem to effectively reduce medical disputes in this country,highlight the influence of social contradictions,promote the healthy development of the harmonious society.关键词
