摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the quality of life ( QOL) of colostomy patients with rectal cancer and to explore its influen-cing factors,providing theoretical basis for health care workers to improve the QOL of colostomy patients. Methods Survey 97 colostomy patients with EORTC-QLQ-C30 by telephone visit and collect the data for statistical analysis. Results The data of patients with rec-tal cancer compared with conventional model researchers then we found, the scores of physiological function and the social function were significantly lower than those of the norm (P<0. 01). Besides,the scores of diarrhea were significantly higher than those of the norm (P<0. 01). Correlation analysis showed that psychological health status,postoperative self-care ability,defecation and the QOL of colorectal cancer colon stoma patients overall positive correlation. The effects of postoperative complications and the QOL of the pa-tients showed a negative correlation. Stepwise regression analysis showed that the patient′s mental state,defecation and stoma complica-tions affecting the overall QOL in patients. Conclusion Health care workers not only to ensure the survival of patients treated,but also to consider improving the QOL of patients. Especially to give spiritual and psychological support for patients.关键词
