摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the cause of elderly patients with acute renal failure and study the effect of blood purification. Methods Analyze the cause of 120 elderly patients with acute renal failure in 2012 -01 ~2014 -01 of our hospital, and divided them into research group who took blood purification therapy and control group who not took blood purification therapy. Results 75 cases were prerenal causes, accounted for 62. 5%. 22 cases were renal causes, accounted for 18. 3%. 23 cases were postrenal cau-ses, accounted for 19. 2%. The treatment efficiency of the research group was higher than the control group with significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclusion Prerenal factors are the main causes of acute renal failure in elderly patients and the treatment effect of blood purification is significant which can effectively improve the disease.关键词
