Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of expectant management on neonatal survival rate for patients with early onset pre-eclampsia. Methods Retrospective analysis 162 cases of pregnant woman with early onset preeclampsia,who were treated with ex-pectant treatment in our hospital from May 2010 to February 2013,according to gestational weeks classification standard,they were di-vided into three groups (Group Ⅰ:<28weeks,41 cases,Group Ⅱ:28 to 31weeks+6,64 cases,Group Ⅲ:32 to 34weeks+6,57 ca-ses),paid close attention to the situation of mother and fetus,treated with expectant management. Gestational weeks,birth time,ex-pectant treatment time,complications and pregnancy outcome of three groups were observed and recorded. Results Expectant treat-ment time of three groups were sequenced:Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ,between groups there was no significant difference (P>0. 05);complications rate of three groups were sequenced:Ⅰ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ,GroupⅠhad significant difference with Group Ⅱor Ⅲ (P<0. 05); the difference of cesarean section rate between groups was not significant (P>0. 05);The number of fetal distress,fetal death and asphyxia neonato-rum in three groups were sequenced:Ⅰ>Ⅲ>Ⅱ,GroupⅠhad significant difference with Group Ⅱor Ⅲ (P<0. 05); Birth weight and Apgar scores of three groups were sequenced:Ⅱ>Ⅲ>Ⅰ,between groups there was significant difference (P<0. 05). Conclu-sion About early onset preeclampsia patients, expectant management of differently gestational weeks had distinctly pregnancy out-come,especially for the gestational weeks in 29~31 weeks the outcome of expectant treatment was the best.关键词
