摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the BiPAP ventilator treatment combination of respiratory failure of COPD clinical nursing countermeasures. Methods Our hospital from January 2010 to January 2010 between the treated 86 cases of the use of BiPAP ventila-tor therapy research and analyze combination of respiratory failure of COPD patients, randomly divided into 2 groups, each group of 43 cases of control group were treated by routine nursing, the observation group were treated by comprehensive nursing intervention, the effect of nursing intervention and compare two groups of patients to nursing satisfaction. Results The observation group of patients with clinical nursing total effective rate reached 95. 35% , control group patients clinical nursing the total effective rate was 76. 64% , observation group of patients treatment nursing effect is better than the control group (P<0. 05). bservation group of patients to nurs-ing satisfaction was 93. 03% , control group patients satisfaction with nursing care was 72. 09% , and patients satisfaction with nursing observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, P<0. 05, with statistical significance. Conclusion Line of BiPAP ventilator treatment of COPD with respiratory failure patients comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the effect of treatment and reduce patient pain, can effectively improve patient satisfaction with nursing care at the same time, worthy of clinical popularization and application.关键词
