Abstract
Improving teaching quality and talent training quality is the core and essence of the universities and colleges’ connotative development, is also the ultimate goal they pursuit. For getting a broad space to develop and providing talent and intellectual support for ifre forces, ifre ifghting colleges must take the Scientiifc Outlook on Development as the guide, pay attention to the culture, quality, features and benefits of running schools, develop connotatively, innovate education concepts, highlight characteristics of running a school, take the moral construction as the fundamental task of personnel training and teacher’s ethics construction, take the improvement of education and teaching quality as their pursuing direction and take the cultivation of innovative talents as their value goal.关键词
