Abstract
At the present stage, the atmosphere of respecting teachers and their teaching has not formed in the society, there is a lack of overall planning of teachers’ development in higher vocational colleges, and a lack of harmonious interpersonal environment in the departments, also there are reasons from the teachers themselves that caused the higher vocational teachers to suffer from some occupational pressures including heavy tasks, low wages and lack of sense of achievement, which affects the teachers' health and the development of higher vocational education. To solve these problems, respecting teachers and their teaching in our country should be truly implemented, and an operable entirety planning of teachers’ development should be formulated in higher vocational colleges to create a relaxed and harmonious interpersonal environment and strengthen teachers' mental health education, for the purpose of promoting the vocational education to develop sustainably, healthily and stably.关键词
