Abstract
Aim:To analyse the effects of hypertensive morning peak ( MBPS) phenomenon on lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2(Lp-PLA2) and coronary artery calcification score (CACS).Methods:A total of 208 cases of hyperten-sion under 24 h ambulatory blood pressure monitoring were divided into MBPS group (110 cases) and non-MBPS group (98 cases).Lp-PLA2 was detected by ELISA method .CACS was evaluated through multislice spiral CT .Results:The level of Lp-PLA2 in MBPS group was higher than that in non-MBPS group(t=2.635,P=0.011);the CACS of LAD, LCX, and LM in MBPS group were higher than those in non-MBPS group(t=2.361,2.183,2.062,P<0.05).Conclusion:MBPS can activate inflammatory response in cardiovascular system and increase coronary artery calcfication in patients with hyper -tension.关键词
