郑州市家庭养老老年人的生存质量及影响因素
Quality of life and its influencing factors among the elderly with family pension in Zhengzhou city
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors of the elderly living under the condition of family pension mode in Zhengzhou .Methods: With a stratified simple random sampling method , a questionnaire survey was conducted on 762 persons who were more than 60 years old and living in the family pension mode .LSIA,GWB and SF-36 were used.Results:The prevalence of chronic diseases was 59.2%,the average score of GWB was 91.1, the LSIA was 9.7.The main influencing factors on life quality of the elderly in family pension mode in Zhengzhou were gender ,age,educa-tion degree,occupation,economic condition and chronic disease .Conclusion:The life quality of the elderly in family pension mode in Zhengzhou is low , and it is essential to improve their mental and physical health by family and community support .关键词
