Abstract
Aim:To investigate the expressions and significance of SASH 1 and FBXO32 in human esophageal squa-mous cell carcinoma(ESCC)tissue.Methods:The expressions of SASH1 and FBXO32 were detected in 76 cases of primary ESCC and the corresponding normal esophageal tissue by immunohistochemical SP method .Results:The positive expression rate of SASH1 and FBXO32 in ESCC tissue was obviously lower than normal esophageal tissue (χ2 =6.036 and 4.971,P<0.05).The positive expression rate of SASH1 and FBXO32 was closely related with lymph node metastasis ,TNM stage and histologic differentiation grade(P<0.05),but not with gender or age(P>0.05).The expression of SASH1 was associated with that of FBXO32 in ESCC tissue(rP =0.417,P<0.001).Conclusion:The low expressions of SASH1 and FBXO32 may participate in the development of ESCC .The combined detection of SASH 1 and FBXO32 is of great significance in eval-uating the occurrence and development of ESCC .关键词
