摘要
Abstract
Aim:To detect the expressions of Lgr 5 and Wnt1 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue .Methods:The expres-sions of Lgr5 and Wnt1 were detected by immunohistochemistry in 76 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma and 30 cases of nor-mal gastric tissue near the cancer .Results:The positive expression rates of Lgr 5 and Wnt1 in gastric adenocarcinoma tissue were significantly higher than those in normal gastric tissue near the cancer (χ2 =16.332 and 14.609,P<0.05).The ex-pressions of Lgr5 and Wnt1 were related with the size of the tumor ,TNM stage,histopathological grade and lymph node me-tastasis(P<0.05).There was positive association between the expression of Lgr 5 and that of Wnt1 in gastric adenocarcino-ma tissue(rP =0.329,P=0.002).Conclusion:Lgr5 and Wnt1 might play important roles in the carcinogenesis ,differenti-ation,infiltration,and metastasis of gastric adenocarcinoma ,and might be used as early diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for gastric adenocarcinoma .关键词
