丹江口库区脆弱期移民心理社会应激状况调查
Analysis of psychosocial stress of vulnerable immigrants in Danjiangkou area
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To find out the psychosocial stress status of the vulnerable immigrants .Methods:The stratified multi-stage cluster sampling method was used .The questionnaires included the basic information questionnaire and psychological social stress survey.Results:The score of negative emotions,life events,negative coping style,positive emotions and total stress-score were higher in the vulnerable immigrants than that in the resettlement of residents ,and the differences were sta-tistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of life events were statistically significant among the groups with different age (P<0.05),and the scores of the youngest immigrants were the highest .The difference in negative emotions and total stress-score of immigrants with different per capita income was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .The scores of negative coping style and stress score of the Buddhist belief immigrants were higher ,and there were statistical differences in those in-dicators among different faiths(P<0.05).The multiple logistic regression reveals that factors influencing total stress-score included per capita income ,age,religion,the manners and customs ,the pace of life and relocation areas .Conclusion:The psychosocial stress status of vulnerable immigrants are poorer .The relevant departments should improve their migration poli-cies,carry out the psychological interventions for specific situations and provide a wide range of social support and we should increase the government′s late efforts .关键词
