5-HTTLPR基因多态性与脑卒中后抑郁关系的 meta分析
Meta analysis on association of 5-HTTLPR gene polymorphism and post stroke depression
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To explore the relationship between the serotonin transporter linked polymorphic region (5-HTTLPR) of serotonin transporter gene and poststroke depression (PSD).Methods:Review Manager5.2 was used to assess compre-hensively on six collected papers at home and abroad , all of the articles were talking about the relationship between 5-HT-TLPR and PSD.The three genotypes and the two allelic genes were respectively from heterogeneity .The overall effect and publication bias were analyzed.R esults:There was no heterogeneity among all genotypes and allelic genes ( I2 =0%,P>0.05),the overall effect of L/L genotype was OR(95%CI)=0.53(0.37-0.76),Z=3.47,P<0.001;for S/S genotype:OR(95%CI)=2.19(1.66-28.9),Z=5.54,P<0.001;for S/L genotype: OR(95%CI) =0.67(0.51-0.88),Z=2.84,P=0.005;for L allelic gene:OR(95 %CI)=0.55(0.45-0.67),Z=5.83,P<0.001;for S allelic gene:OR(95%CI)=1.81(1.48-2.21),Z=5.83,P<00.01.Conclusion:The S/S genotype or S allelic gene of 5-HTTLPR may be a risk factor to the pathogenesis of PSD , and the L/L, S/L genotype or L gene may be the protective factor .关键词
