Expression of DRR1 and E7 in HPV16 related cervical cancer cell line and tissue

Abstract
Aim:To study the relationship between human papilloma virus type 16 ( HPV16 ) E7 and down-regulated in renal cell carcinoma 1 ( DRR1 ) in HPV16 related cervical cancer cell line and tissue .Methods: CaSki cells , SiHa cells, C-33A cells and 184 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue were objected to detect the expressions of E 7 and DRR1 by Western blot and immunohistochemistry .Results:The results of Western blot showed that HPV 16 E7 did not expressed in C-33A cells, but expressed in SiHa and CaSki cells .The expression of DRR1 in C-33A cells was significantly higher than those in SiHa and CaSki cells (F=454.982,P<0.001).The expression of DRR1 in SiHa cells and CaSki cells had no significant difference (P>0.05).The results of immunohistochemistry showed that there were 141 cases with HPV16 E7 positive expression, out of which 34 cases were DRR1 positive;there were 32 cases with DRR1 positive expres-sion, out of which 43 cases with HPV16 E7 negative expression .The expression of DRR1 in HPV16 E7 positive cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue were significantly lower than that in HPV 16 E7 negative cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissue(χ2 =36.250,P<0.001).Conclusion:DRR1 may be the targeted gene of HPV16 E7.关键词
