创伤后应激障碍患者记忆变化的评估
Estimation of memory changes in patients with post-traumatic stress dis-order
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To estimate memory changes in patients with post-traumatic stress disorder ( PTSD) by WMS.Meth-ods:Three groups of participants (20 cases with current PTSD , 20 cases with trauma but without current PTSD , and 20 normal controls) were assessed by WMS.Results:In the first measurement, PTSD individuals′appraised scores had sig-nificant difference in experience , picture memory,visual recognition,associative memory,tactile memory,intelligent memo-ry,and immediate memory compared with controls′(P<0.05).And, compared with non-PTSD individuals′, there were significant differences in tactile memory and immediate memory (P<0.05).In addition, when non-PTSD group compared with control group, there were significant differences in experience , associative memory,tactile memory,and intelligent memory,and immediate memory(P<0.05).However, when being evaluated again after 15 days, there were significant differences in picture memory ,visual regeneration , associative memory ,and intelligent memory between 2 time points ( P< 0.05).Conclusion:Memory function and re-learning ability of PTSD individuals exist certain damage .关键词
