中西医结合治疗胃肠道肿瘤临床研究
Clinical Research on Gastrointestinal Cancer Treated with Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of gastroin-testinal tumor and its influence on the quality of life,and adverse reaction of chemotherapy. Methods:128 patients with gastrointestinal tumor were randomly divided into two groups with 64 cases in each group,and the control group was treated with oxaliplatin and 5-flu-orouracil(5-FU)combination therapy,the observation group based on the therapy with Shenqi Fuzheng injection. Comparison of two groups of curative effect and quality of life,and the incidence of adverse reactions to chemotherapy. Results:The total efficiency of the observation group was 50. 0% higher than that of the control group 45. 3% ,the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0. 05);after treatment,KPS score in the observation group increased greatly,and significantly higher than that in the control group,the differ-ence was statistically significant(P < 0. 05);the incidence of adverse reaction of nausea and vomiting and leucopenia of the observation group were respectively 62. 5% and 39. 1% significantly lower than that of the control group 84. 4% and 62. 5%,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine treatment of gastrointestinal tumor is helpful to improve the clinical effect and improve the quality of life,and less adverse reaction.关键词
