不同康复疗法对人工膝关节置换术后早期功能恢复的影响
Influence of Different Rehabilitation TheraPy on Early Functional Recovery PostoPerative Knee Joint ArthroPlasty
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of different rehabilitation therapy treatment of early functional recovery after knee arthroplasty. Methods:45 patients were randomly divided into active rehabilitation group and passive rehabilitation group,the for-mer was given active rehabilitation training,and the later passive rehabilitation training. Systematic rehabilitation treatment group was given first using CPM machine for exercise,and active rehabilitation training. After treatment,assessed rehabilitation efficacy using AKSS standard and compared the curative effect three groups. Results:Clinical curative effect observation on early functional recovery of knee joint arthroplasty,there was no significant difference between active rehabilitation group and CPM passive rehabilitation group in improving knee scoring,but knee function score of passive rehabilitation group was obviously lower than that of active rehabilitation group,and integrating active rehabilitation and CPM exercise system rehabilitation therapy can gain the best effect of knee scoring and functional recovery. Conclusion:Active and passive rehabilitation therapy each each with its strengths,but systematic rehabilitation ther-apy can combine the two formers′ advantages,which has good effect in improving the postoperative knee activity and recovery of knee flexion and extension overall muscle strength,recovering knee joint function maximumly.关键词
