摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of coronary ath-erosclerotic heart disease(CHD). Methods:80 cases of patients were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group. The control group was given antianginal foundation treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Chinese medicine prescription yiqi huoxue decoction on the basis of the control group,daily 1 agent,made from department of pharmaceutical preparation in our hospi-tal,each bag of 200 mL of liquids,2 times a day,1 bag each time,warm-taken decoction after breakfast and dinner. 28 days for a period of treatment in the two groups,statistics clinical efficacy after two courses of treatment. Results:In the treatment group,20 cases had marked effective,12 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 80% ;in the control group,10 had marked effec-tive,12 were effective,18 ineffective,and the effective rate was 67. 5% . Comparison of efficiency of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P = 0. 017). Conclusion:Combined Chinese and western medicine treatment of coronary heart disease has satisfactory curative effect.关键词
