摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the influence of Self-made Xiaohuang Lidan Decoction on peripheral serum inflammatory mediators, helper T-cell(Th1)/helper T-cell(Th2)of patients with obstructive jaundice. Methods:90 cases of patients treated with OJ operation were divided into two groups according to treatment methods,each of 45 cases. The treatment group was treated with Self-made Xiao-huang Lidan Decoction,and the control group was given conventional treatment after operation. The peripheral serum inflammatory medi-ators and Th1 /Th2 level change of two groups 14 days after treatment were compared. Results:ET,TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-4 levels reduc-tion and IL-10 level increase of two groups increased after treatment compared with that before treatment(P < 0. 05). And the improve-ment of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). The proportion of Th1 /Th2 of two groups after treat-ment evidently increased compared with that before treatment,and the increasing amplitude of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Self-made Xiaohuang Lidan Decoction not only can evidently reduce postoperative inflam-mations and infections of patients with obstructive jaundice,but also can adjust immunologic balance of Th cells and reduce liver injury.关键词
