灵芪胶囊对 H22荷瘤小鼠基质金属蛋白酶-9表达的影响
Influence of Lingqi capsule on Matrix Metalloproteinases-9 of H22 Tumor-bearing Mice
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the antineoplastic action mechanism of Lingqi capsule. Methods:Use immunohistochemical method to investigate the effect of Lingqi capsule on matrix metalloproteinases-9 of H22 tumor-bearing mice. Results:Expression of MMP-9 in model group was obviously positive expression. Compared the Lingqi capsule high dose group,medium dose group and low dose group with model group,MMP-9 expression was lower. The difference had statistical significance(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Lingqi capsule can inhibit MMP-9 expression of H22 tumor-bearing mice so that inhibits tumor growth and metastasis.关键词
