附子理中汤对肺癌术后化疗患者免疫功能的影响
Influence of Fuzi Lizhong Decoction on Immunity of Patients with Lung Cancer in Post-operative Chemotherapy Period
摘要
Abstract
To observe the side effects of chemotherapy drugs,the status of immune system,and the impact on quality of life by Fuzi Lizhong Decoction(FD)to patients with lung cancer in post-operative chemotherapy period. Methods:The postoperative patients with lung cancer were randomly divided into the control group(only use chemotherapy drugs)and FD group(chemotherapy drugs +FD). All the patients′ functional changes of immune system were observed before and after chemotherapy. Results:Compared with the control group,the level of IgG,IgM in FD group were increased(P < 0. 05). While no significant changes in the levels of IgA(P >0. 05). The percentage of CD8 cells were decreased(P < 0. 05). CD4 / CD8 was increased(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Fuzi Lizhong Decoc-tion can promote the tumor inhibitive effect of chemotherapy drugs,improve the body immunity and reduce the toxic and side reactions of chemotherapy.关键词
