椎体成形术联合中药治疗老年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩骨折临床研究

摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effect of vertebroplasty combined with Bushenzhuanggu decoction in treating elderly patients with osteoporotic vertebral compressive fractures(OVCF). Methods:76 elderly patients were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with percutaneous kyphoplasty(PKP)and the observation group combined PKP with Bushenzhuanggu decoction. The visual analogue pain intensity score(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score were compared before and after surgery. Results:On the first and third month postoperative the VAS,ODI scores were significantly lower than before the surgery,the difference was statisti-cally significant(P < 0. 05),and there were no significant difference in VAS,ODI score between the two groups(P > 0. 05),but after 6 month,the VAS,ODI scores in observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:PKP combined with Bushenzhuanggu decoction in elderly patients with OVCF further improve the long-term efficacy.关键词
