生姜在大鼠脏腑组织分布与其归经相关性研究
Correlation Studies of Shengjiang on the Distribution of the Viscera Tissue Distribution and Its Channel Entry
摘要
Abstract
Through the tissue distribution of active components of Shengjiang such as 6-gingerol,6-shogaol and 8- gingerol in deficiencycold of the spleen group,explore the channel entry of Shengjiang. Methods:Establishing the model rats of deficiencycold of the spleen to evaluate the warming spleen-stomach effect of Shengjiang. Collect serum and tissue samples and use HPLC chromatography to evaluate the concentration of 6-gingerol,6-shogaol and 8-gingerol. Results:Shengjiang has significant improvement for deficiencycold of the spleen model. 6-gingerol concentration distribution in the organization from high to low in turn is:stomach,small intestine,colon, lung,spleen,liver,kidney,heart. The concentration in deficiencycold of the spleen group is higher. 6-shogaol and 8-gingerol can be de-tected in serum of rats but no in organization. In the deficiencycold of the spleen group,mainly distribute in the stomach,small intes-tine,large intestine and spleen. The distribution of 6-gingerol,6-shogaol and 8-gingerol in deficiencycold of the spleen group have obvi-ous tendency on stomach,small intestine and large intestine. Conclusion:Shengjiang is mainly to the stomach channel entry. The materi-al basis were maily 6-gingerol,6-shogaol and 8-gingerol represented by ginger phenolic components.关键词
