中药不良反应监测现状与思考
Monitoring Status and Thinking of Traditional Chinese Medicine Adverse Reaction
摘要
Abstract
By analysis of the adverse reaction monitoring current situation and existing problems of traditional Chinese medicine,put for-ward the construction of Chinese medicine adverse reaction monitoring laws and Chinese medicine adverse reaction monitoring report system,and supervise the Chinese medicine production,management and unit to strengthen the adverse reaction monitoring and research of traditional Chinese medicine,strengthen the safety of traditional Chinese medicine research and make sure of Chinese medicine ad-verse reaction monitoring. Pay much attention to drug post-marketing assessment and modify the specification according to the results of the ADR monitoring in time. Relevant departments should establish a unified quality standard of traditional Chinese medicines and make the standard of drug varieties. Ministry of Public Health should strengthen the TCM training study of clinical doctors. Production enter-prises,scientific research institutions and high school should strengthen the pharmacodynamics and toxicology research. Systematical safety evaluation of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),establish safety evaluation criteria and indicators in line with international standards to meet the needs of the internationalization of Chinese medicine.关键词
