黄芪注射液联合生脉饮治疗急性病毒性心肌炎的临床研究
Clinical Observation on Combination of Astragalus Injection and Sheng-mai Decoction in the Treatment of Acute viral Myocarditis
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effect of combination of Astragalus injection and Sheng-mai decoction in the treatment of acute viral myocarditis. Methods:180 patients with acute viral myocarditis were divided into 3 groups randomly and equally. Patients in the control group received routine treatment and patients in the observe group were given TCM compound besides the routine treatment. Af-ter treatment,the effects of all groups were analyzed and evaluated. Results:There have been cured in 4 cases,significant therapeutic effects in 16 cases and therapeutic effects in 8 cases,the efficient was 46. 67% in the control group. There have been cured in 16 cases, significant therapeutic effects in 12 cases and therapeutic effects in 12 cases,the efficient was 66. 67% in the Astragalus injection group. There have been cured in 16 cases,significant therapeutic effects in 24 cases and therapeutic effects in 12 cases,the efficient was 86. 67% in the drug combination group. The effective power of the drug combination group was significantly higher than that of control group and Astragalus injection group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:The clinical effects of the acute viral myocarditis treatment can be im-proved by combination of Astragalus injection and Sheng-mai decoction.关键词
