平胃胶囊治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床研究
Clinical Observation of Pingwei Capsule on Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis Due to Damp-heat Syndrome of Spleen and Stomach
摘要
Abstract
To observe the curative effect of Pingwei Capsule on treating chronic atrophic gastritis due to Damp-heat Syndrome of Spleen and Stomach. Methods:The ninety patients of CAG were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group. The patients of treatment group were treated by Pingwei Capsule and that of control group were treated by Weimeisu. Results:The total effective rate was 95. 56% in the treatment group,while 75. 56% in the control group,with statistical significance(P <0. 05). Compare with before treatment,fairly statistical significance were obtained in the symptoms score of both groups(P <0. 01);After treatment,the symptoms score of treatment group was obviously lower than that of control group(P <0. 05). Statistical significance were obtained in the effect of gastric mucosa atrophy of both groups(P <0. 05). Conclusion:Pingwei Capsule may have obviously effect on treating chronic atrophic gastritis due to Damp-heat Syndrome of Spleen and Stomach.关键词
