中西医结合治疗胃食管反流病临床研究
Clinical Research of Combined Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease
摘要
Abstract
To observe the clinical research of Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of gastroe-sophageal reflux disease. Methods:77 cases were divided into control group(n = 37)and observation group(n = 40)according to ran-dom number table method. Control group was given Omeprazole Capsules and Mosapride Citrate Tablets. Omeprazole Capsules 20 mg each time,2 times daily,orally. Mosapride Citrate Tablets 5 mg each time,3 times each day,orally. The control group was given Zhishix-iaopi Pills based on the treatment group. Results:The effective rate was 75. 7% in control group and 90% in observation group. Com-pared the efficient of two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Zhishixiaopi Pills in the treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease has remarkable curative effect.关键词
