桃芍化瘀通络汤辨证治疗缺血性中风的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
To study the clinical effect of Taoshao Huayu Tongluo Decoction syndrome differentiation and treatment of ischemic stroke. Methods:156 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group. The control group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the treatment group was treated with combined traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy. Observed clinical curative effect and NIHSS score of the two groups. Results:By comparing two groups of data,the effective rate of treatment group was 94. 8% ,the control group was 69. 2% ,and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P < 0. 05);NIHSS score in the experimental group and control group after treatment were significantly improved compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Combined traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of ischemic stroke has remarkable effect,the repair of nerve function also has obvious advantages.关键词
