益肾宁心安神方配合失眠针灸仪治疗老年失眠症临床观察
Clinical Observation of Yishen Ningxin Anshen Decoction and Acupuncture Instrument in Treating Senilis Insomnia
摘要
Abstract
To observe the clinical curative effect of Yishen Ningxin Anshen Decoction and acupuncture instrument in treating senilis insomnia. Methods:60 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases of each group. Both the two groups were given insomnia acupuncture treatment instrument,10 days as a course. At the same time,observation group was given Yishen Ningxin Anshen Decoction,200 mL morning and evening,10 days for 1 course. Control group was given oral proprietary Chinese medicine Tianmeng capsule,3 pills each time,sooner or later,for 10 days,continuous for 1 - 2 treatments. Results:The total effective rate was 93. 3% in observation group and 83. 3% in control group. Compared of the two groups,there was significant difference(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:YihenNingxinAnshen Decoction in coordination with acupuncture instrument for treatment of senilis insomnia has distinct curative effect.关键词
