针刀结合玻璃酸钠注射治疗膝关节骨性关节炎临床研究
Clinical Research of Needle-knife Combined with Hyaluronate Sodium in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthrosis
摘要
Abstract
To observe clinical efficacy of needle-knife combined with Hyaluronate Sodium in the treatment of Kosteoarthrosis of knee. Methods:120 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups,60 of each group. The treatment group was treated with needle-knife combined with Hyaluronate Sodium. The control group was treated with oral Celecoxib. Compare the Lequesne scores,VAS scores and clinical efficacy after treatment. Results:The Lequesne score was(4. 4 ± 1. 0)in treatment group and(5. 1 ± 1. 2)points in control group(P < 0. 01). Compared the two groups,the difference was statistically significant. VAS score was(4. 58 ± 0. 47)in treatment group and(3. 74 ± 0. 24)in control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 01). The total effective rate was 95. 0% in treatment group and 83. 3% in control group. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). Conclusions:Needle-knife combined with Hyaluronate Sodium in the treatment of Kosteoarthrosis of knee has a better curative effect.关键词
