中西医结合治疗脾肾两虚型Ⅳ期糖尿病肾病临床研究
Clinical Study on Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Ⅳ Term Diabetic Nephropathy with Spleen-Kidney Deficiency Syndrome

Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of Ⅳterm diabetic nephropathy with spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome. Methods:130 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 70 cases and the control group of 60 cases. The control group was given to benazepril,and the treatment group was treated with tradition-al Chinese medicine shenyuan capsule based on the control group. Observed the clinical efficacy and safety of index change before and after treatment. Results:After treatment,syndrome integral of the treatment group was(3. 25 ± 2. 18)points,the control group was (8. 05 ± 1. 13)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0. 05). After treatment,24 hour urinary protein quantitative of the treatment group was(0. 91 ± 0. 52)g,the control group was(1. 35 ± 0. 63)g,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of Ⅳ term diabetic nephropathy with spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome has good curative effect.关键词
