Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy. Methods:64 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each of 32 cases. observed efficiency and conduction velocity before and after treatment. Results:the effective rate of treatment group was 90. 6% ,and the control group was 68. 7% ,the difference was significant(P < 0. 05);After treatment,the con-duction velocity of motor nerve and sensory nerve conduction velocity of treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0. 05). Conclusion:Combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy signifi-cantly can significantly improve nerve conduction velocity.关键词
