《黄帝内经》“肝生于左”浅析
Analysis on Hepatic Qi Circulating Left Side in Huangdi Neijing
摘要
Abstract
"Hepatic qi circulating left side" does not refer to specific anatomical liver,but the physiological characteristics generaliza-tion of liver,it is the physiological characteristics of liver qi from the left side,also concrete manifestation of four-seasons five- viscera yin and yang in Huangdi Neijing. Viscera function of "hepatic qi circulating left side" are:lowing lung-qi and regulating qi of total body;Dredging and regulating functions of the liver and gallbladder and mastering courage and fear;Promoting the spleen qi,and liver storing blood and spleen governing blood coordination;Tonifying kidney essence,storage and excretion interoperability,nourishing yin and yang. The clinical significance of "hepatic qi circulating left side" are:the pathological symptoms of liver closely to excessive as-cending-dispersing and depression of liver-qi;Liver lesion appearance in the left side mostly.关键词
