苦瓜中总皂苷的比色法测定
Colorimetric Method Determination of Total Saponins from Momordica Charantia L
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To build the colorimetric method determination of total saponins from momordica charantia L and quantitatively an-alyze the total saponins from momordica charantia L. Methods:Conventional thermal reflow process was used to extract saponins from dry compound saponins,liquid-liquid extraction method was used to remove impurities,and the extraction were purificated. The vanilin-HClO4 staining method was selected,and each factor was studied carefully. The liner range of the standard curve,accuracy,recoveries were verified and the total saponin content from momordica charantia L was determined. Results:The liner range of the standard curve was proven good,and the accuracy was well,the recoveries were high and stable. The method was suitable to determine the total sapo-nins from momordica charantia L,and total saponins from Jiangsu momordica charantia L was 3. 10% . Conclusion:The method estab-lished in this paper can be used to determine the content of total saponins in momordica charantia L,and it was facilitated for future study.关键词
