苦丁茶高效液相色谱指纹图谱研究
High Performance Liquid Chromatography Fingerprint of Kudingcha
摘要
Abstract
To establish a chromatography fingerprint of Kudingcha. Methods:Kudingcha samples using methanol as solvent by ultrasonic extraction,chromatographic conditions for the A of the mobile phase was 0. 5% aqueous acetic acid,B of the mobile phase was acetoni-trile;Gradient elution:0 - 1 min,95% A,5% B,1 - 20 min,B5% - 40% ,20 - 25 min,B40% - 95% ,5 min after operation,95% A, 5% B;velocity 0. 5 mL·min - 1;Sample volume was 2. 0 μL;Column temperature:30 ℃ ;The detection wavelength was 262 nm. Re-sults:There were 12 common peaks shown in the HPLC fingerprint of Kudingcha,and the similarity among 11 samples ranged from 0. 916 to 0. 980. Conclusion:The developed method is available for the quality evaluation and control of Kudingcha.关键词
